Q: I submitted my request for an account, but I still can't order from the web site. Why?

A: When you fill out the Open New Account page on our site and press the Submit button, we automatically send your account request to our list of 123Ag distributors. Shortly afterward one or more distributors will establish a purchasing relationship with you on the 123Ag.com web site, and may also contact you regarding terms and customizable aspects of their product lines. Afterward, subsequent logins to the 123Ag.com web site will enable you to choose the distributor from whom you wish to purchase during that session. Until then, logging in will enable you to view your customized weather, quotes, and more on your own My123Ag page, and to access our Farm Manager to help you manage your fields. |

Q: I registered but I still can't see prices. What's wrong?

A: Even though you registered, you still need to log in under a purchasing account to see prices and order products. If you are currently logged in as a registered user, you will need to log out before attempting to log in again. After you log in, you will then be able to see prices. If you do not yet have a purchasing account with 123Ag.com, you may request one by visiting our Open New Account page. |

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?

A: On the Login page you will find a "Help! I forgot my password" link. Entering your User ID there will enable us to e-mail your password to you. If you have also forgotten your User ID, call 123ag Customer Service toll-free at 877-845-8397 for assistance. |

Q: How do I change my User ID?

A: 123Ag.com does not currently offer a method by which your User ID can be changed, although one might be offered shortly. |

Q: How do I change my E-mail address?

A: 123Ag.com does not currently offer a method by which your e-mail address can be changed on-line, although one might be offered shortly. For now, you may call 123ag Customer Service toll-free at 877-845-8397 for assistance.
Note to customers having purchasing accounts: Your "default" 123Ag.com account and each of your various purchasing accounts allow a unique e-mail address, so when you call you will need to specify which account e-mail address requires the update. |

Q: How do I change my address or phone number?
